Workshop program
During this workshop you will learn “Yin yoga” At the end of the session of 45 min, you will feel relaxed After this introduction to yoga, you will work with Guénaelle on the senses, especially the smell which is a very important tool during a tasting! This discovery of the senses, which will last a few minutes, will be followed by a tasting consisting of three natural and/or bio-dynamic wines accompanied by a vegetarian board made up of local products.
- You leave with a lot of knowledge about the world of yoga and the art of tasting natural and biodynamic wines thanks to the expertise of a specialist from both fields.

Guénaëlle, yogini sommelière de vins naturels
Guénaelle is a sommelier and also a yoga enthusiast, a graduate of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Convinced that we can combine relaxation and reinforcement with the pleasure of “good” wine, she hopes to pass on her two passions and convince you that these are compatible!
